What are Aloma's Returns Guideline?

Your order can be cancelled due to any of the below reasons:

  • Aloma Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
  • Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions.
  • Aloma is not responsible for any in-transit damages, while product has been shipped by the customer. Customer is solely responsible for the damage claim from courier company.
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post delivery.
  • Aloma Return Policy is implied only where the product has defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges
  • Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 20% restocking charges.
  • In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post delivery of the product.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns, which are:

  • If the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging.
  • If the product is damaged because of use or the product is not in the same condition in which you had received it.
  • If found opened or used.

How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?

  • Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
  • Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.

How can I know the status of my order(s)?

  • Registered users can check the order details by clicking on "My Orders" (only for customers using Aloma google play application).

I've still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial institutions for the same.

Sometimes financial institutions take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking?

We are sorry. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.

Why have I not received my product yet?

Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date

What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?

Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the item(s), packing and dispatching. Normally 2-3 days. This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.

The delivery may take few more days depending on the address and the courier company used.

The shipping and delivery time excludes public holidays and Sundays falling during the estimated shipping and delivery dates.

What if I find my package opened or tampered upon delivery?

Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Notify us of the same via our helpline number or email.

How do I take advantage of FREE shipping?

  • We provide free delivery on orders valued at INR. 15,000 or more.
  • Generally, a shipping charge of INR. 110 will apply if your product cart value is less than INR. 16,00 within India.
  • For International Orders the shipping charge is never free and the charge will depend on the country.
  • This is applicable for the products if shipping is to a single Indian address.
  • For some special product or order, handling fees may still apply.
  • Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
  • Delivery time may be affected in case of an address change on an order which has already been shipped.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.

Does Aloma charge an entry tax on the products that I purchase?

Entry tax may apply in certain states based on the state government regulations.
